We would like you to become a sponsor. In exchange for your sponsorship, your name will be prominently displayed on a billboard at Lagoon Park.

In addition, for court and/or hospitality sponsors, we will provide a personalized sign beside the court you sponsor. If the sponsorship is for your company, we will be happy to hang your banner. Because of limited space, we ask that these banners be approximately 3 feet by 7 feet, or smaller.

The cost for sponsorships is as follow:
Stadium Court Sponsor: $1,000 (these will be limited)
Outside Court Sponsor: $500 (several of these are available)
Friend of the Blue Gray: $100, or greater (your name will appear on the billboard)

The tournament costs about $60,000 each year. We do not have an anchor sponsor. We totally rely on small contributions from many supporters. For a minimal investment, you can ensure that this high profile event remains in Montgomery.

Be assured, your contributions are spent wisely. Here are a few of the tournament functions that your donations support:
Lunches for all the players, coaches and officials at Lagoon Park
Tennis balls
Umpires (each court has an umpire as required by sanctioning rules – this is our largest expense)
T-shirts and hats for players
Sport drinks for players during tournament
Sanctioning fees
Office expense (postage, stationary, etc.)
Banners and other marketing expenses

Of course, we could use any help you can give us. If you are not able to be a sponsor, we would greatly appreciate any donation that you can make.

We think this is both a great investment in tennis, and in our community. Players that participate in this event are top scholar-athletes and have bright futures ahead of them. These players go back to their hometowns and eventually become corporate and community leaders. Montgomery can only benefit from developing 200 ambassadors each year to spread the word of our great community.
